The U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) defined three regions in Florida for three separate Parent Training and Information Centers (PTIs) to serve.  The AWARE Project of Central Florida Parent Center serves Region #2 which includes 30 counties in central and northeast Florida.

There are almost 400,000 children with IEPs in Florida, and more than 200,000 of them live in our catchment area.

We further divided our 30 counties into five regions which our IEP Coaches serve.  For more information about IEP Coaching, click here.
