Resource CADRE Consortium for Appropriate Dispute Resolution in Education
Resource Type Other Organization / Agency
Topic or Specialty * EDUCATION
Area Served National
Education Publication Topic Conflict Resolution
Long Description CADRE is the national, federally funded organization that provides technical assistance to parent organizations on dispute resolution. Even though their goal is to give people the tools to solve issues at the mediation level, they do have a lot of information on due process. (more than I’ve seen on ANY other site) Go to their home page (link below) and do a “Text Search” on due process. It’s not all hands-on, much of it is research, however there are some unusual resources like videos of parents talking about the process and topics like “What Happens After Due Process.”
